Sleep Consultancy

I am a qualified sleep consultant, a private nanny and a mummy to a little boy so I have first hand experience of being sleep deprived. This can have a detrimental effect on your mood, relationships and your emotions, which can prevent you from coping with everyday situations.  Being sleep deprived can also take away the quality time you should be spending with your child/children.

Being a qualified sleep consultant has helped me massively to learn about the quality and importance of routine and sleep that my little boy requires.  I look forward to the opportunity of sharing my tips and advice with you after experiencing it for myself.

I work with parents of little ones aged 5 months to 5 years.  I use gentle sleep methods and I don’t believe in “crying it out”.  All my support methods are supportive and responsive.  I will listen to your concerns and sleep goals and be assured that the approaches I use are proven to work over and over again

The Sleep Like a Baby Plan

My approach begins with a no-obligation discovery call to understand your sleep goals and challenges. From there, I’ll analyse detailed sleep logs and create a gentle, bespoke sleep plan tailored to your child. We’ll walk through it together in a consultation call, and I’ll provide continued support for up to three weeks to help you confidently implement the plan and achieve lasting results.
